Event Sales Manager - Kuwait (Arabic Bilingual)

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy & Execution

  • Develop  and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets across multiple events

  • Identify, pitch, and close deals with potential exhibitors, sponsors, and strategic partners

  • Create  customised sales proposals and packages tailored to specific industries  and event themes

  • Maintain a healthy pipeline through proactive outreach, calls, meetings, and networking

  • Regularly update CRM and reporting tools with activity, lead status, and conversion  progress

Client & Partner Relationship Management

  • Manage  pre- and post-sales relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and  repeat participation

  • Act as a key liaison between the client and internal teams (marketing, operations, content) to fulfill deliverables

  • Collaborate  with sponsors and exhibitors to maximise their ROI through strategic  placement and activations

  • Coordinate closely with international clients, government partners, and institutional stakeholders

Market Development

  • Research and identify new business sectors and regional opportunities to expand exhibitor base

  • Attend trade events and networking functions to represent the brand and generate leads

  • Stay up to date on competitor events, industry trends, and buyer behaviour to inform sales strategy

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work with the marketing team to align sales messaging and promotional content

  • Support  event production teams in delivering sponsor-related deliverables and on-site logistics

  • Contribute to the development of the floorplan, sales tools, and exhibitor  communication materials

Key Skills & Experience:

  • 4–6 years of B2B and B2C sales experience, preferably in exhibitions, trade shows, or media

  • Proven  track record of exceeding sales targets and closing high-value deals

  • Strong  understanding of sponsorship strategy, event marketing, and client ROI models

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

  • Fluent in English and Arabic

  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce), Google Workspace, and MS Office

  • Experience  in GCC markets or international event sales is a plus

Preferred Experience:

  • Established network of industry contacts in retail, government, or private sector (in GCC or MENA)

  • Understanding of B2C engagement and visitor-driven metrics
