Event Marketing Manager - Kuwait (Arabic Bilingual)

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Strategy & Campaigns

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies tailored to each event’s audience (B2B/B2C)

  • Manage marketing timelines, campaign budgets, and team deliverables

  • Lead content creation, branding, and promotional campaigns across digital, print, and on-ground channels

  • Optimize SEO, email, PPC, and social campaigns to drive registrations, leads, and  engagement in collaboration with the Social Media and SEO Team.

Government & Institutional Partnerships

  • Identify and secure strategic partnerships with ministries, cultural institutions, municipal councils, and public entities

  • Develop co-branded initiatives and high-impact collaborations with national  programs, tourism boards, and educational institutions

  • Manage government outreach, proposal submissions, and partnership follow-ups in coordination with senior leadership

  • Coordinate with institutional stakeholders for participation in cultural zones, keynote sessions, and official openings

Live Activations & On-Ground Engagement

  • Take  ownership of planning, organizing, and sourcing partners for live  activations including workshops, stage shows, children’s zones, tech demos, and experiential booths

  • Collaborate  with operations, design, and production teams to ensure smooth execution and high-quality visitor experiences

  • Work with sponsors and exhibitors to co-create branded activations aligned with the  event theme and audience

  • Monitor  and measure engagement at live zones to evaluate success and gather  insights for future improvement

Media & Public Relations

  • Build  strong relationships with media partners, influencers, and content creators in collaboration with the Social Media Team

  • Oversee PR campaigns, interviews, press releases, and press event coordination

  • Create media kits, exhibitor toolkits, and brand storylines to enhance event visibility in collaboration with the Design Team.

Internal Collaboration & Activation

  • Work cross-functionally with sponsorship, operations, and design teams to align marketing efforts

  • Support  exhibitor and sponsor marketing needs pre-event, onsite, and post-event

  • Ensure seamless branding and messaging throughout all customer touchpoints (digital, venue, printed collateral)

Analytics & Reporting

  • Track and analyse KPIs including registrations, impressions, engagement, and ROI

  • Compile post-event  performance reports and actionable insights

  • Use data  to inform future marketing strategy and event growth plans

Key Skills & Experience:

  • 4–6 years of marketing experience, preferably in events, exhibitions, or large-scale  public activations

  • Demonstrated success in securing and managing partnerships with government or  institutional stakeholders

  • Deep  understanding of digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and analytics  platforms

  • Exceptional  communication and relationship-building skills

  • Strong  organizational and multitasking capabilities

  • Fluent in  English and Arabic

  • Ability  to work independently, handle pressure, and meet tight deadlines

Preferred Experience:

  • Previous experience working with ministries, tourism boards, cultural or educational  organisations

  • Experience in GCC event marketing or regional public-private partnerships

  • Familiarity with family-focused, cultural, or tech industry events
