Sell conference seats for new and existing conference to achieve a pre-determined sales target.


  • Achieve sales targets by selling conference seats to individuals/industry professionals (delegates)

  • Able to conduct minimum of 40 effective sales call per day

  • Identify potential delegates related to the conference industry through research

  • Remain abreast of developments within the industry, especially sales innovations, industry news and competitions

  • Able to travel to assist during the conference, welcoming delegates and speakers and providing onsite support

  • Coordinates with Operation and Marketing team to assure the conference is of highest standard


  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Power Point, etc)

  • Proficient in using CRM and relevant sales applications

  • Adaptable in new application / technologies used by the team

  • Able to navigate LinkedIn with ease


  • Fluent / Native in the English Language


  • Must be based in the UAE

  • Formal qualification in a business, and or sales management degree or related disciplines.

  • A minimum of 2 years of sales experience in the exhibitions industry or similar and the ability to remain updated on the latest industry market knowledge.
