Project Executive / Exhibition Sales (Arabic)

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Project Executive / Exhibition Sales to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for selling exhibition spaces for both new and existing events/exhibitions, aiming to achieve predetermined sales targets. RESPONSIBILITIES


Sales Strategy:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.

  • Identify and persue new business opportunities while maintaining and growing relationships with existing clients.

  • Achieve sales targets by selling exhibitions spaces to companies (exhibitors)

  • Able to conduct minimum of 25 effective sales call per day


Client Engagement:

  • Cultivate strong relationships with potential exhibitors and key industry players.

  • Conduct presentations and meetings to showcase the value proposition of exhibition spaces.


Proposal Development:

  • Prepare and present compelling proposals, addressing the unique needs and objectives of potential exhibitors.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and collateral.


Sales Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, leads, and opportunities.

  • Generate regular reports on sales performance, providing insights for continuous improvement.


Event Participation:

  • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote exhibition spaces and build a strong professional network.


Applications

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Power Point, etc)

  • Proficient in using CRM and relevant sales applications

  • Adaptable in new application / technologies used by the team


Requirements:

  • Able to navigate LinkedIn with ease

  • Strong sales background

  • Strong interpersonal skills (on the phone and face-to-face interactions)

  • Fluency in English and Arabic in reading, writings and speaking


Formal Education:

Formal qualification in a business, and or sales management degree or related disciplines.


Work Experience:

A minimum of 2 years of sales experience in the exhibitions industry or similar and the ability to remain updated on the latest industry market knowledge.
